“What do you want to be when you grow up?”
“I dunno. Just normal.”

Moss Side, Manchester, 1997 – 2015. Jade and Nathan are just kids, orphans, ratbags, fighting against the odds to stay together forever. They want to be normal, to be good, but as they grow up in an ever changing world with ever changing rules, it’s harder than they ever imagined. RATBAGS is an ambitious, powerful new play by Curtis Cole (Climbing Snakes, Bruntwood Prize Shortlist 2011) and Sarah McDonald Hughes (FLESH, Royal Exchange) exploring childhood, responsibility and how to be good.

Friday 9 January 2015, 1pm
The Royal Exchange Studio, Manchester
Tickets £3.50
